Wedding or Civil Union Request

By completing and submitting the following request form, we will check the availability of the Mayor, Deputy Mayor or Judge to perform your Marriage or Civil Union Ceremony. You will receive a response via email or telephone confirming availability. A ceremony license must be obtained through your local registrar prior to the ceremony. The Mayor and Deputy Mayor charge a fee of $150 ($125 Active Military) which must be paid to the Township of Egg Harbor prior to the ceremony being performed. The Judge does not charge a fee but availability is limited to Mondays and Fridays around 12:00pm and Thursdays around 4:00pm with ceremonies only performed at Town Hall. For all ceremonies 2 witnesses are required.
