Township Code


The Township’s Code is a compilation of all Township ordinances currently in effect. Ordinances are local laws, adopted by the Township Committee. These ordinances are enacted to establish administrative structure within your local government, regulate various activities, establish local standards and otherwise promote the public’s health, safety and welfare. Maintaining the Township Code is the responsibility of the Township Clerk. When viewing the Code, remember this resource is designed as a tool. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact either the appropriate Township Department or the Township Clerk’s Office for specific interpretations or answers to specific questions.
