The Zoning Board of Adjustment reviews applications seeking variance relief from the provisions set forth within the Township Zoning Ordinance. Applications ranging from shopping malls, single-family dwellings, to a proposed garage that does not meet zoning requirements are processed. The Zoning Board of Adjustment is a 9-member entity composed of volunteer Township residents. The Board also appoints their owner Engineer, Planner, Solicitor, and other professionals deemed necessary for the review of an application.

Zoning Board of Adjustment meets the first Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the Courtroom of Township Hall, 3515 Bargaintown Road, Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. Meeting agendas can be found on our web site on the Agendas page.
