Egg Harbor Township and the County of Atlantic each have different requirements that must be completed separately.  Approval from Egg Harbor Township is required prior to submitting an application with the county.  You must file an application with Atlantic County at least thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled event.  Therefore, you must file an application with Egg Harbor Township at least sixty (60) days prior to the requested occasion.
